Area of practice

Lily holds a Bachelor of Laws Honours degree from the University of Nairobi and is a holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She began her legal journey with the firm of Janet, Jackson and Susan LLP Advocates as an intern before joining the firm of G & A Associates LLP for her pupillage. She was thereafter employed in our law firm as an Associate Advocate after her admission as an Advocate.

Lily is also a passionate Alternative Dispute Resolution enthusiast. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators-Kenya Branch (ACIArb) a Certified Arbitral Secretary and an Accredited Court-Annexed Professional Mediator. She is also a legal writer and has since had her work published with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb-Kenya Branch).

Lily is incredibly smart, hardworking, valuable, and reliable, to us and our clients. Whenever we need something done right, fast, and perfectly, Lily is the ‘password.’

In the past year, Lily has honed her skills in litigation, commercial transactions, conveyancing, civil litigation, family law, property law, and employment law among other areas. With her deep and broad legal experience, Lily brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and proficiency.

Her calming presence is irresistible. Lily is honest and easy to talk to. She is a smart lawyer who has done incredible things for our clients. Lily brings sunshine to every room that she walks into and that is why she is precious to our firm and our clients.

Lily can easily dissect through the finer details. Colleagues and clients love her because she is superb and responsive at her work. She is a leader in various aspects and always provides leadership when handling projects.

Lily loves to read non-fiction books. She also loves to listen to and sing along to Christian gospel music. Lily also has a great spirit of adventure which has seen her traverse the entire breath of the country to in a bid to quench her thirst for the next adrenaline inducing escapade. She also has a sense of community which has seen her participate in various community outreach projects.
